FR-1984-E 1995 Series Five Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the Richmond District. Third-party P.C.G.S #68EPQ, pure paper quality note, very high grade. I know the note well, Usa rare broke this back up more than a decade ago. Lovely note. Fancy low serial sixty-eight.  In original CLCT holder. Will cross into a P.C.G.S Bank Note holder if needed.
