Two-storey mill property with corner blocks and window and door frames made of carved natural stone exposed in the plaster as well as a half-timbered extension on the eaves side with a stone-facing ground floor. It is possible to attach the gable-side waterwheel to the model either over- or low-shot, so that the design of the water flow remains optional. Disused millstones are used to decorate the front facade. The mill wheel can optionally be equipped with the “synchronous craft motor”, item. 180629 (not included).
