If you know the brand you know that these are quality table linens! They are pre-owned and there are a few things you should know before purchasing. The napkins have been washed, but linen loves to be laundered! It will just get softer. There also is a monogram in the napkins. I'm not sure what letter it is, but you can see it in the photos. I purchased these with a plastic price tag attached. With laundering, I think the hole will be less visible. One of the placemats does have what appears to be jam on it. I haven't laundered these but I think it will come off.  I don't see any other stains

The placemats measure about 14 x 19. The napkins measure about 18 x 19.
