CONDITION DEFINITIONS

NEW/UNOPENED: Item was purchased by me in original factory packaging and has never been opened.

INSPECTED: Factory packaging was opened to verify contents (Usually applies to statues). Item was never used/displayed.

DISPLAYED: Item was carefully opened and displayed in my smoke-free home.

USED/AS SHOWN: Item was used. Please refer to the pictures to determine condition. Please ask questions if you have any specific concerns regarding the item.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I am able to ship by USPS Priority Mail only. Delivery confirmation is included with ALL shipments. If you have won a single item and the shipping is calculated feel free to proceed to checkout. If you have won multiple items please await our invoice for a combined total IF APPLICABLE (Some items may not qualify, it will be specified in the auction if they do not). Payment must be received within 10 days of auctions close. Items will ship within 3 USPS business days of receipt of payment.

BIDDING POLICY

COMBINING ORDERS: I will gladly combine orders if you follow the guidelines below:

Please wait until you have finished purchasing all of the auctions that you are interested in before sending payment. Orders cannot be combined after they have been paid for. There are no exceptions.

When you go to checkout to request a total after you have made all of your purchases, I will combine your orders and apply shipping discounts based on the actual weight and/or size of the parcel.

On combined orders, Please note that not all items can be combined. Most if not all Full Size Statues and larger items alike cannot be combined and must ship separately due to their size. Please email with any questions.

RETURN POLICY

I guarantee that your item will arrive as stated and pictured in the auction. I only accept returns on defective or 'not as advertised' items. I do not offer returns on buyer's remorse purchases. Please be sure that you completely understand what you are bidding on before committing to the purchase. The only representations made are those explicitly stated in the auction. I have found through experience that an informed buyer is usually a happy buyer. I welcome any questions that might assist you in selecting the right item for you.

If an item arrives defective or 'not as advertised', the bidder/buyer must initiate contact within 5 days of having received the item. I will determine the best method for resolving the issue and return contact in a timely manner. If a return has been authorized, the bidder/buyer has 10 days to return the item.

If there is a problem with your purchase let me know and we will work together to remedy the issue. If it is my fault, I'll fix it. My goal is to propagate trust in on-line trading. Some of my best online transactions have been those where a customer has allowed me address their concern and make it right.

Ebay members with 10 feedback or less are required to contact me prior placing any bid or ultimately risk a bid retraction. I reserve the right to cancel, block, or not honor any questionable bids placed on my items.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility and these duties are imposed by your customs office and governmental agency.

Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? DO NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.
