Everything I sell is carefully checked by me before it is listed and again before it is packaged. I test as many of the items as possible (when they are not factory sealed) to ensure they are working and exactly as described in the listing, before sending them out. If a manufacturer labels/describes their items a specific way, then I will list it as they state. But I will often remark on it if I disagree. I usually mark these notes in a different colour, so you can see these notes clearly or in bold.
All items are sold AS IS and all buyers must please ensure they look carefully at ALL of the photographs, ask any questions, and assure themselves that they are happy with the item BEFORE bidding.

I have dogs and cats so please bear this in mind when buying from me if you have allergies. They are kept
separate from everything I sell but their fur does tend to get onto packaging occasionally.
Sorry I cannot accept any returns for ANY reason. Everything is sold at clearance prices, and usually at a large
loss already so I cannot afford to pay for you to return something you do just do not like. So, if for any reason
you see fit to ignore this, please note the outward and return postage cost will be deducted from any refund.
Any cancellation fees incurred due to buyer error/change of heart etc are to be met by the buyer. I am charged by Ebay for cancellations, so this fee will be passed on. NO Exceptions. Sorry. As these fees are non-refundable from Ebay to me, so they will be passed on to you
All Items are sent tracked to cover you (and me) I can/will supply the proof of posting to help with any claim required for loss in transit etc.
Any Free P&P is UK Mainland only, sorry, this is due to the huge increase in postage fees of late, of which ebay then charge their fees on top of any postage I have to charge, So I regularly lose out on this
Overseas buyers - any customs charges are to be met by the buyer; this is charged by the Global Shipping Company – Not me.

Sorry if this sounds abrupt/rude but too many people are finding fault after delivery, with things clearly listed and when there was nothing wrong with the item when I packaged it
