These are probably around a 3-6 month size. The other pink one has a dance bear with ruffles on the bottom. It’s Carters brand size medium, but looks to be about the same size. Some tags have writing on the back side. All zippers and buttons work. Really cute vintage Terry cloth sleepers, I would say they are from the early 80s.
