Advance 23 degrees at 3,500 rpm. Replace ALL the original 6 V bulbs with 12 V bulbs. Remove the original flywheel, stator and control unit. Mount the Polini stator on the fixing plate using the two TCEI M6x25 screws, passing the cables through the appropriate slot. Screw the stator fixing plate onto the crankcase using the three TCEI M5x14 screws and the three Ø5×20 washers. Attention: position the advance references correctly (photo 1). Mount the flywheel on the crankshaft and secure it with the supplied nut (45/50 Nm), mount the fan cooling using the four TBEI M5x10 screws and the relative bushes, taking care to center the driving pegs (photo 2). Connect the plugs into the harness as depicted in drawing 3. Mount the coil and the rectifier (photo 4) on the coil fixing plate using the TBEI M6x15 and TBEI M6X30 screws, position the 6x11x6 spacer and connect the black coil ground cable to a of the two screws. Connect the wiring to the rectifier and the connector to the coil; fix the bracket on the crankcase with the two socket head screws M5x14 (photo 5). Remove the brake pedal and replace the stop switch with the one supplied. To connect it (photo 8-9) it is necessary to insert the brown cable supplied from the brake pedal and using a cable gland until it reaches the junction box (photo 7); complete the brown cable with the faston connectors. Connect the original blue wire with the brown to the new switch (photo 10), reseat the switch in its seat and refit the brake pedal (photo 11). Hook the white cable coming out of the stator to the new wiring with the three branches (photo 7). The white cable thus divided must be connected to the yellow cables (original), red (original), brown (supplied). Apply the supplied fastons to the black and blue stator cables and connect the black wire to black and the blue wire to green (photo 7). Place everything in the box derivation (photos 12-13).
