These glasses have no scratches on the lenses, but has a get scratches on the lower right part of the frame. There is a close up picture in the pics. It's hard to see, but with certain angles and reflections, you can see it.

I work on the ocean and in the water. I found these a few years ago and have held on to them for so long that if water had damaged them, it would have shown by now. I probably found them a few minutes after they splashed because there is only the one visible scratch.

No case, but I'll throw in a soft case when I mail it.
