Is old and in original condition and requires repairs and maintenance (See pictures).

Roof is leaking and requires to be re siliconed.

Ceiling is damaged and will need to be replaced.

Some glass windows are broken and need replacing.

In general it require some tlc and work.

Comes complete with stove and 3/4 fridge.

Has a front kitchen and a shower area in middle of van.

Double bedroom is in back of van 

Plenty of cupboards and storage.

I believe it is a 1970s Viscount.

Caravan is not registered and has been sitting for a while.

Caravan is able to be towed but is not recommended as it may not be roadworthy.

The bearings have not been checked and i am not sure the lights and brakes work.

The tyres are old and need to be replaced.

Was moved here on a tilt tray and have number for tilt service.

Annex Guttering on left side may be removed.

Cash on pickup is preferred.
