Vintage Lanz polka dot dress with matching jacket and belt- made in USA vintage size 4

Preowned in good condition for age.

50%, cotton 50% acetate.

Red top part has some pilling. Some bleeding of red into white in areas but very minimal. Small discoloration near skirt hem.
