antique rare feed basket splint early primitive 12 x 13 unusual 1800s original

excellent early hand made splint animal feed basket
1. this is for animal feed, probably for grain for horses
2. I have owned this for more than 50 years
3. very hard to find item
4. good condition, not perfect
5. had a single handle on top at one time probably to hang , see photo to see remnants of handle
6. one broken splint on the bottom also see photo
7. everything else mostly good
8. very old and was certainly used
9. this wiggles slightly side to side
10. nice patina, very dusty inside
11. the bottom is slightly rounded
12. these are hard to find, probably most got broken
