Vintage Kauahguyckue Russian Date Red Star Mechanical Engraved Watch - Repair

-Watch is in overall good condition, however the winding stem does not turn. When you shake the watch though the seconds hand will start to run and move and then will stop after awhile. So I believe the watch needs some kind of repair.
