Very good lightly used (vintage, circulated) condition. See pictures for reference of condition. 

I am not certain, but I believe this is a copper nickel penny as it is a little bit thicker than other Indian Head pennies and has a lighter color. 

Also, this coin has a few different errors. I am not sure if they would be braodstrike errors or planchet errors, or a mixture of both. See pictures (and errors circled in red) for reference.
