On offer is this antique sterling silver & leather purse or wallet.
The exterior front cover is sterling silver with a turned and pierced floral chased detailing.
Hallmarked on the left vertical flowers - F.W in a diamond cartouche - the mark of Frederick Wick, and Sterling, London, 1908 (n).
Green to brown crocodile skin feel to the exterior and interior. Upon opening, on the left, there are two openings for cards/notes (noting that a modern credit card fits well). On the right is another section for notes/cards with a covered coin purse with clasp. Soft tan leather lined.
There is one stamp to the wallet itself, presumably a maker mark, however I cannot identify it (see photo 10).
Dimensions (closed): 8cm x 11.5cm.
In good antique condition. One ding to the silver cover. A couple of bits of wear to the leather in spots commensurate with age/handling/use (notably on the edges). Please consider photos.
