How do I use it?
-Opalescence PF is used with custom bleaching trays from your dentist (not included).
-Just fill each tray with a continuous line of whitening gel, taking care to aim the product toward the front side of the tray.
-Insert the trays into your mouth, and tap them lightly so that they conform to the surfaces of your teeth.
-Opalescence PF 35% Carbamide Peroxide- wear 30-60 minites a day
-After recommended wear time, remove the trays, and wipe the excess gel off your teeth with a finger or dry toothbrush.
-Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse your mouth well, and be sure not to swallow any gel.
-Finally, wash your trays, dry them well, and store them properly to keep them clean and protected. You're done!
