How to use: 
1. Lay the sauna blanket flat and keep the two connecting wires of the sauna blanket connected to the host port.
2. Make the guest lie flat on the sauna blanket and pull up the zipper connecting the upper and lower bright blankets.
3. Turn on the power and switch, which is at the top of the control box. (The default time of the instrument is 30 minutes, and the default temperature is 60℃)
4. Press the 7 or 8 to set the working time of the sauna blanket according to your needs (optional 1-60 minutes)
5. Press 9 until digital tube 2 flashes, then press 7 or 8 to set Port 1 output temperature (optional 35℃-75℃)
6. Press 9 again until digital tube 3 blinks, press 7 or 8. Set port 2 output temperature (optional 35℃-75℃)
7. If you want to continue to adjust the time and temperature, please press 9 again until digital tube 1 flashes, the instrument will return to the working time setting state, and then repeat steps 5 and 6.
Note: In 5 seconds after the setting is completed, if there is no other key operation, the corresponding value will stop flashing and exit the setting state automatically.
8. After setting the working time and sauna blanket temperature, press 6 to start the instrument (no need to wait for the digital tube to stop flashing), a small blinking dot will appear in the lower right corner of digital tube 1.
9. After power on, the temperature display will be the current temperature of the sauna carpet accessories (note: not the temperature of the sauna carpet), and the indicator light under the temperature display tank will be on all the time, and the sauna carpet will continue to be heated. After the temperature is set, the indicator light under the temperature display box will be off, and the sauna carpet will stop heating. When the temperature inside the sauna carpet drops slightly, the indicator light under the temperature display box will be on and heated again to keep the constant temperature.
10. After use, turn off the power and cut off the power supply. After the temperature of the sauna blanket drops to a suitable range, you can help the guest slowly get up from the blanket. After leaving, you need to wait for the sauna blanket to cool down before folding it up for storage.
