Mode: 4 types
1. Put the massage cushion on the floor
2. Connect the barrel connector of the plug adapter to the connection socket and connect it to the cable of the controller.
3. Insert the plug adapter into an easily accessible socket
4. Lie on the massage cushion, so that the air cushion is below the neck, shoulders, waist, and hips
5. Pick up the controller and press the on/off button. The control light above the button lights up.
6. Press the M button to set the massage program you want:
Mobilization plan (incentive): touch and relax the whole body with a strong motivational force, duration: 20 minutes
Relaxation plan (process): exercise based on simple yoga practice, helps to gently relax and relax the body. Duration: 9-12 minutes
