Dispatch Time

Currently we are posting items twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Items will be dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class or Evri. Unless the buyer wants to discuss other options. Please Note: if your location is outside Evri’s standard delivery area (Ireland for example), we will contact you first to discuss additional postage charge or an alternative option.

Returns

If you feel the need to return an item, please feel free to discuss with us. We will discuss and accept returns within 30 days of sale unless we have specified the item is sold as seen and will not accept returns. I.E., spares and repairs items.

Feedback

We will always give positive feed back to all buyers, we would appreciate it if positive feedbacks can be left for Seconds and Retro. Should you feel the need to lower star rating or leave anything other than positive, please contact us first to discuss, so that we may have an opportunity to resolve any problems or issues encountered before feedback is left. Please bear in mind that some things are out of our control such as delivery time or lost items, but please still contact us to discuss before leaving feedback.
