Early Chinese crackle glaze vase meiping, possibly Ming.  The vase has some burnt orange spots from the kiln on the bottom, that was not covered by the glaze, which is frequently a characteristic of Ming wares.  This very unique piece is roughly 7.5" tall. The Crackle Glaze is in good condition, but has some small dimples along the bottom of the vase. There is also a small reddish colored discoloration, that appears to be from the time it was manufactured along with a thicker band of clear glaze.

This vase is from the estate of an avid Chinese Antique collector, who lived in Bejjing, China between 1985 and 1989.
