READ BEFORE BUYING: I will include a new-in-box/sealed HUNTER 30889 Washable HEPA filter. NOTE: this is not the original replacement filter for this unit. It fits, but rear door doesn't seem to quite close. I did not open/remove bag on filter to test fit. Because of this, filter is included AS-IS. No returns.
