Accessories which come with the item are not covered by warranty.


Warranty does NOT cover errors caused by improper usage of the product out of its limitations and/or intended purposes

Buyers do not require any warranty documentations when claiming warranty

Return Policy

DOA (defect on arrival) item
For DOA (defect on arrival) item, buyer must report to us within 3 days. Refund / replacement can be offered in this case. Reports received after 3 days would not be accepted as DOA.

For LCD screens, cellphone, digital cameras and DVs, fewer than 3 dead or light pixels or white /black sport are considered to be normal.
A new replacement will be provided if there are 3 or more dead or light pixels on the central position of the display (within 3 days upon arrival of the item)

30 days free return policy
We offer 30 days free return. Item must be returned within 30 days after received it. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition (brand new / sealed / unused) as when you received them.

For the following situations, restocking fee (25% - 50%) would be deducted in the refund and no full refund would be offered.
- Original packaging / seal / box, is opened or broken
- Missing parts / accessories, including plastic film or wrapping that is used for protecting the items.
- Item / accessories be used or damaged

Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.


Shipping
We do not ship to PO box, Locked Bag, Parcel Locker, etc.

Orders will be processed on a working day (Monday to Friday) basis after payment has been received and verified.
Cleared payment received before midday will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase.
Please note all items are sent quickly (3-4 working days domestic handling time) from a central dispatch unit - sorry, personal collection is not possible.
