Shipping Policies

• We ship USPS/FEDEX depending on your location and at our discretion.
• Most shipments are sent out within 1 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, orders can only be shipped out to the confirmed shipping address provided by eBay.
• Packages are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Transit time varies and vary by carrier, we cannot control delays caused by carriers.
• Shipping time provided by eBay is an estimation and is not guaranteed. Also subject to change especially during peak periods.


Return Policies
• We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. (unless stated otherwise in the listing)
• All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content in tact.
• Returns must be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or it original  packaging.
• For any return request please contact our Customer Support by eBay Messages to receive a RMA number and return instructions.
• No refund on shipping charges, custom duty, local charges, and or import fee.
• Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
• Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customers expense.
