This 2-book lot is in VERY GOOD condition. They have strong spines and clean covers. Inside, pages are clean with no writing or marks. Dust jackets and pages both have mild age yellowing along top edge.  WEST END HORROR has a name plate sticker inside the front cover.  Please see photos; both books are shown.
