An exceptionally rare antique cold-painted bronze group of a cat whipping a kitten on a table, attributed to Franz Bergmann of Vienna c.1900.

The entire group is in superb antique condition, with the meticulous original paintwork in particularly fine condition. The figure holds its original wire cane. Even the bristle whiskers are intact!

Approximately 50mm tall by 41mm wide by 45mm deep.
