General Terms of Sale 
We are a private seller
As a private seller we do not accept returns unless the item is “wasn’t as described” (Please See Full Returns Policy below)
Any return claims for “not being as described” must be initiated within 14 days of receipt otherwise they will not be accepted.
Payment required within 2 days of auction end.  Paypal is preferred.  Cheques will be subject to a clearance period
By checking out you agree to Contact us for resolution of any issues with your purchase prior to leaving feedback. We
cannot offer any resolution if you do not inform us first. Any bad feedback will be requested to be removed due to "non compliance to 
this condition of sale"
In the unlikely event delivery is delayed - we both agree not to open a "not
received" case until 25 days has passed, then we will start refund process.  
International mail has target delivery 7-10 working days and is not considered lost until 20 working days after due
date. (30 days total)  ~5  weeks total
Tracked and signed service is recommended as fully covered and insured for loss. 
 
Non tracked service is offered at some buyers risk* i.e. we
will provide you with proof of posting and copy of the label to assist
you in your local lost item claim. Please ensure the order address is correct
to avoid any issues.  And only use this service if your postal service is reliable. 

*We will ask EBay to investigate and make decision and any refund based upon their assessment.
We will also send details to postal service for use of 2D barcode (if used) as to whether item was actually posted though the address door.

NON RETURNABLE UNLESS WE ACCEPT & BUYER PAYS RETURNS - WE HAVE RECEIVED TOO MANY BACK DAMAGED, PARTS MISSING ETC. 
WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. READ ALL TEXT CAREFULLY. 
When purchasing watch straps & accessories - as stated we do not accept
returns unless

the item is "not as described". This could include
stated sizes incorrect, material incorrect, the item is
faulty, damaged,

incorrect item or does not work.  

We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind,  you expected a

different quality item (we make no claims about quality, the
photographs are the

best measure of quality and are at your interpretation) the
colour is different

to the Ebay picture (the resolution and settings on your PC
screen can look

different to the actual item we cannot make any allowances
for this)

Our margins are very small on watch straps, which is why we
are competitive, and

why we only accept Buyer Pays returns to keep the prices low. 

If you have ordered the wrong item or it does not match your
expectations you

can request a return and if accepted post the item back
to us and we will refund the item
purchase cost only upon satisfactory receipt &
inspection.  Please post back using an
insured service appropriate to insurance value and as a minimum retain proof of
posting. We will refund the item purchase cost only
