I DO NOT provide a service where you buy a part fit it to see if it cures your issue then attempt to return. You need to fully diagnose the issue first. We test items physically & diagnostically before removal so if you fit an item and it doesn’t function it will be because the issue wasn’t diagnosed correctly.

Please note some issues can cause unit failure so please make sure your issue is fully correctly diagnosed before fitting.

Code, coding , component protection, Immobilising matching.

NOTE. Some control units, head units, ECU, instrument clusters, window motor control units etc require coding to function correctly, code to unlock head unit, component protection to function & immobiliser matching to function

We test items physically & diagnostically before removal and often video them. Please make sure you can correctly install & complete any necessary coding, component protect release & immobiliser matching to your vehicle before purchase.

Head unit codes. You will need to obtain code to unlock. Or connect to Odis to release component protection where necessary. This will be at your expense.

Returns.

All parts are tested physically & diagnostically before removal to insure they are serviceable. (Unless the item is sold spares or repair then in this case there are No Returns on any item sold spares or repair)

The Part number & description is provided for you to check its correct BEFORE purchase.

There should be no reason for returns. But in the event of you changing your mind, or not checking its suitable before purchase then should I accept a return I reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee, you will send the item back to me at your expense & the postage WILL NOT be refunded. Once the item is received the item & security seals will be checked if damaged it will not be refunded. If you send back a different item no refund. If any of the security marks are damaged you will NOT be refunded.
