- Clear pressed glass pedestal dish has a very ornate sterling silver top rim and a thin sterling band around the base

- Measures 7 1/4" diameter at top rim, 3 3/4" diameter at base rim, and stands 5 3/4" tall

- The word STERLING is still faintly visible, imprinted on the underside of the top rim

- These compotes were popular in the mid to end 19th century

- Occasional polishing needed for a bright silver finish

- Beautiful pre-owned, antique condition with no chips, nicks, or cracks. Silver has some marks and scratches from antique age. Please see photos for exact condition of dish.
