This 9-1/4" plate was made by East Liverpool Potteries Co., in Ohio, between 1901 and 1907, the years the company was in business.
Features a beautiful portrait of a Whippet dog, decorated with embossed scalloped edge design and gold trim.
There are no chips, just age related wear on the painted finish as shown in photographs. Only the backside shows some crazing.
