This is a very nice Lady’s watch by SDM France, 20 rubis, with a 20 micron gold plated wrist band. Back of case is stainless steel. Movement is an AP25. Case is 10 micron. 

It seems to be working fine, but would probably benefit from a good cleaning.

Case is about 20mm (.78”) by 15mm (.59”). Thickness of case is about 8mm (.31”).
