A stamped brass 1920`s era flush mount single socket ceiling light fixture that has been fully restored and rewired.  The light fixture is being sold individually, however there are a total of 6 identical lights all removed from the same grand home prior to demolition.  All are equally restored and are listed as multiples.

The light came from an 1800`s home.   It could be used in an entry way, hallway, kitchen or bath area as well.

The light has been modernized electrically to install into today's junction boxes by adding a new socket (standard bulb size), threaded rod and crossbar.  The original installation a century ago was to screw the fixture directly to the ceiling.  The original screw holes in the base have been covered with cap nuts to make them less obvious.

The entire light base is 6 3/4 inches in diameter.  The socket and bobeche type rim are 4 inches in diameter.  The fixture projects off the ceiling approximately 4 inches without a light bulb installed.

The light bulb pictured is old and used just for the photos and is not included. They are available online.  Installation is recommended by a licensed electrician working to your state and local code requirements.
