The color is a very dark blue almost bordering on grey with white stripes, 100% cotton, fully lined. The width of each panel is 34” so together you have 68” width if not gathered. The longest point on Length is 35” and the shortest 15” Condition is excellent. I found these and had to get them as they are going to look fabulous on the window they end up on!
