A Black Caterpillar baseball Cap Hat.  Officially licensed from CATERPILLAR.  It is an elastic band by NU-FIT.  

The traditional CAT Emblem is embroidered on the front and Empire is on the back.  The size is listed as a small/medium but the Elastic Band allow it to fit almost any head.
