Here I have a Zuka Rolling Frame Bag in Blue with White Frame.   Please look at pictures carefully.   To me it's in good used condition,  the wheels work fine,  the handle goes up and down fine,  all zippers work.  It has some spots on the inside bottom,  please look at my picture.   I will ship it with USPS Ground Advantage.  18x14x10 Rough Measurements.
