This vintage Brass Scottie Dog Lamp with 5 Quinpuplets is a rare and unique find from the 1930s when many items were manufactured with the recurring ‘5’ theme to capitalize on the public’s interest in, and craze for anything Dionne Quintuplet-related - even a brass lamp base featuring five Scottie pups in a basket.

This antique brass lamp retains its charm - even after almost 90 years. The lamp base (without shade, which clips directly onto the bulb when it is in the socket) is approximately 9.75 inches (25 cm). The cord, which is unlikely original, measures 6 feet (182 cm). The shade, although worn, is also unlikely to be original. The tattered green felt bottom appears to be original (see photo).

The lamp is in good condition for its age and still works!

This lamp is perfect for collectors who are interested in vintage lighting, the Dionne Quintuplets, or have a soft spot for Scottish Terrier dogs.
