Manufacturer Information
Ben Sherman is a British based clothing company, designing shirts, suits, shoes, accessories and other items that are, in common with many British brands, now made overseas, largely in the Far East. Their designs sometimes feature the Royal Air Force roundel which is often called the mod target. Some of the recent Ben Sherman shirts have unusual and complex designs, and have a Carnaby-style fit. The company makes clothing predominantly for men. It has been owned by Oxford Industries since 2004.
The company was founded in 1963 by Arthur Benjamin Sugarman (1925-1987), who was born in Brighton. He emigrated to the United States in 1946, via Canada, and changed his nationality to American. He married the daughter of a Californian clothes producer and later returned to Brighton, where he bought a shirt factory.
Sugarman had realised that in the early 1960s people were eagerly buying the Oxford-cloth American button-down shirt brands which at the time were only available from official importers and so began to manufacture similar shirts them in his factory which led to great success. Now Ben Sherman is a recognised brand name in not only clothing, but also accessories and watches.

Payment Method Accepted:
We accept Paypal payments which is a fast and secure method of payment which allows us to dispatch the item as soon as the payment is received.
Non Paying Bidders:
If payment is not received within 7 working days the item may be relisted and a Non paying bidder alert will be filed against you and negative feedback may be left.Our system is automated and we start to send warning e-mails after just a few days. These e-mails will stop as soon as we have recieved payment.
Shipping

- Winning items will be sent out within 2 working days of cleared funds being received.

Returns
We offer you a 30 day returns period from the purchase date, providing the product has not been worn and are is in a brand new condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product shipment was in error on our part.
Please contact us by e-mail, to inform us of your wish to return the product, we will refund the full payment to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date of return of the product.
If the item is found to have a fault on arrival we will replace it for you free of charge if we are informed within 14 days of receipt of the product. Watches2U does not provide any additional guarantees in addition to the original warranty supplied directly by the manufacturer and after the 14 day period ALL warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please be aware that if a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.
Please note - Earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, due to hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to return to you any product(s) that are shipped back to us without prior notice.
