New with tags Lane Bryant tulle skirt in size 14/16 and is solid black .  It is a full skirt and knee length.  The waist is elastic and this skirt pulls on.  The measurements are as follows: waist (without using any of the stretch) 34 inches and length (top to bottom) 26 inches.  This is adorable and could be worn casual or very dressed up, all seasons, would pack and travel well.
