This is a Vintage Heavy Cast Iron Bull Head Collectible Wall Decor. Looks has a horn repair where it was welded to the head and end of horn has been broken off (broken piece missing) It’s in the style of an old time Horse hitch with the ring in the nose but it would not function as such. It’s more like a towel holder. 

Weighs just over 8 lbs unboxed.
