Professional rack-mountable Class H power amplifier with two mono channels for touring and live use with a durable, reinforced metal chassis, 3U height. Power – 850 W/ch @ 8 ohms, 1400 W/ch @ 4 ohms, and 4000 W/ch @ 4 ohms bridged. Balanced 1/4" TRS and XLR inputs. Built-in limiter, high-pass and low-pass filters, separate control knobs for each channel, separate signal presence and clipping LEDs.

The QSC RMX4050HD is a professional two-channel RMX Series Class H power amplifier from QSC. It provides the power required for professional speakers and can be used in touring, live sound and mobile applications, as well as in permanent and temporary installations. As a general rule, it is recommended to use an amplifier with the required program output power or twice the rated RMS. Also, the amplifiers in this series have a depth of 16”, which allows them to be used in rack stands of different sizes.

The total output power of the QSC RMX4050HD is 850 W/channel when connecting speakers with an impedance of 8 ohms, 1400 W/channel with a four-ohm load, 2000 W/channel the amplifier will produce with a two-ohm load and 4000 W/channel in bridged mode with four-ohm speakers.

The front panel of the QSC RMX4050HD provides access to basic output gain level controls on both channels separately, as well as clipping and signal presence LEDs, also separate. The power switch is also located on the front panel on the left next to the power LED. There are air intakes on the front panel: for better cooling, air is forced through the case and exhausted outside using a fan on the rear panel. The output stage transistors are mounted directly on the heatsink for optimal cooling. A powerful high-current toroidal transformer is used for power supply. The amplifier's complementary output stage uses high-quality components to provide ultra-low distortion and linear frequency response. An excellent feature of the RMX series models with the HD index is improved heat dissipation, which allows long-term continuous operation in stereo mode with a two-ohm load and in bridge mode with a four-ohm load.

On the rear panel of the QSC RMX4050HD, in addition to the fan, there are the main input and output connectors, as well as a large set of switches, including a limiter, high-pass and low-pass filters, as well as stereo and bridge mode switches.

The QSC RMX4050HD power amplifier is an excellent professional instrument that can be easily integrated into an audio system for touring and concert use. 1/4" TRS and XLR input connectors allow you to connect a variety of sources, and the high output power, especially in bridge mode, makes it possible to cover a large area.

All units are tested, and in full working order, and recently PAT tested.  General signs of use, such as light scuffs etc, but no significant damage or issues.
