International Harvester Scout Traveler. Equipped with a V8 and an automatic transmission. It was parked over a decade ago and has not been started since. Truck was running when it was parked. Truck was kept inside A building till recently. Mileage is unknown since there is a sticker indicating an odometer was change at some point. See photo. Has no title; it could not be located. Again, there is no title. Could not get photos of under hood since the knob to open the hood is missing. Photos are 100% of the description. Please base your questions and of the photos provided.
