vintage Hard Rock Cafe plush bear wearing a T-shirt from Washington DC.  The bear is  about 9" tall and is in excellent condition, clean and from a non-smoking home.  The t-shirt shows very minor wear.  Also included is a button that says No Drugs or Nuclear Weapons allowed inside.
