POLY STRIP DISCS by Swarts Tools
Introducing the latest addition to our abrasive removal range. Our poly strip discs strip quicker than conventional wire wheels and provide a perfect, fine finish. They are perfect for surface preparation, conditioning or finishing and stay sharp from start to finish.
We offer a standard (purple) poly strip disc which features a woven nylon mesh embedded with silicon carbide that is spongy enough to work on both flat or curved surfaces while producing minimal noise AND dust. Our premium (orange) ceramic embedded discs do everything our standard discs do but they last 3 times longer thanks to the Swarts Everlast breakaway technology. Our Everlast technology sees the dull grains breaking away to reveal sharp grains which continue to cut or grind like new. The density of our poly strip discs has been fine tuned to maximise air flow while reducing surface temperature ensuring longevity and quality.
We have worked with our manufacturing partner to find the perfect balance between aggressively stripping off unwanted material while still providing the perfect finish.
