The ice pick constitutes one piece (fixed blade) and the sheath.

I will be showing some creative machining that goes

The ice pick is totally custom made on my SOUTH BEND lathe. 

Very strong thing, with excellent feel in your hand ... 

 The blade itself is made out of 1/4" stainless steel.This pick is mere 6.0 OZ. total weight 

(says my digital scale :)

Top to bottom 9 inches long (when in the sheath). The pick itself is 8.25" long.
