A Not Very Military Experience

The author retells, from his diary of 60 years before, his experiences as a prisoner of war in Germany during World War II.  He emphasizes the shortcomings of the Red Cross in getting parcels of food and clothing to the prisoners.

 

Hardback book in Like New condition.  Bright, clean, tightly bound, unread. No writing except author’s inscription and signature. Unread.  Cover is glossy and shows no wear but, with a small indentation at the lower edge.  Gilt lettering gleams. [22804-2402]
