This is for dates in a 1 bedroom, ground floor or 2nd floor unit from Sat, June 22 (check-in day 4:00pm) - Sat June 29 (check-out day at 11am).  In order to compete the guest reservation, you will need to purchase and immediately contact me via the Contact Seller online form and provide your first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone as you are my guest in my unit at this resort.  You are confirming a reservation of a:

1 bedroom accommodations are located inside the Sandestin Resort at Hilton Grand Vacation Resort next to Baytowne Village (north side of HWY 98)  This is for a first floor or second floor unit in a 5 story building. This unit features a king bed, sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, full kitchen. The complimentary washer and dryer is located down the hall.  You may need to take the stairs or elevator to get to the common washer dryer room. For your convenience, fresh sofa bed linens and pillows are now available in the living room closet. BBQs outside by pool, gym onsite, movie theater onsite, hot tub, kids pool, free outdoor and indoor parking. Towels provided for beach and pool. You will be issued wristbands upon check-in. Close to 30-A, outlet shopping.

Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

Please note: For the safety and security of all guests, photo identification and a credit card for preauthorization are required as part of the check in process.

Drone Rules

As per Transport Canada and FAA regulations, and to protect the safety and privacy of our members, owners, guests and team members, the operation of unmanned aerial systems and/or drones is prohibited by the general public, including recreational users and hobbyists. These devices may not be launched or operated from any Embarc property. If launched from outside of the resort property, the devices are prohibited from flying over and/or into the resort property boundaries. Transport Canada Regulations: Drones are prohibited from flying closer than 30 meters from people, animals, buildings, structures, or vehicles if they weigh over 250g up to 1kg and 76 meters if they weigh over 1kg up to 35kg. FAA Regulations: Any authorized operation of drones must be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, and US Forest Service rules, as well as those policies separately established by the Resort. These authorizations, regulations and rules generally require an application to the FAA, certification, training, various restrictions, safety and national security clearances, and a specific limited purpose, as well as insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers and releases of liability.

Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit is required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The resort fee includes arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), beach access, bicycle rentals (for a fee), coffee bar, DVD rentals, fishing rentals, fitness center, hot tub access, laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, shuttle access, tennis court access, electric car charging station, volleyball court access and Wi-Fi.

- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
