Ordering Instruction:

Step One: Simply add your order to your shopping cart

Step Two: Send us your logo - if applicable and your switches details to us via eBay message. We can engrave special requirements, such as company logos if required. Please send details through eBay if Applicable.

Step Three: Once we receive your details we provide you with an Art Work proof. Please check your proof carefully and send us your Approval via eBay message and we can manufacture your order .

Logos are required to be provided in a EPS, PDF Vector or High Res JPEG Format

Visual Art Provides a full In house Engraving and Laser Engraving service. Items such as, stainless steel house numbers and signs, electrical tags, pens and jewellery can all be personalized to your requirements.

We have a 10 working day lead time on manufacturing and dispatching our orders. So, it is important that we receive your Engraving/ Printing/ Cutting Details as soon as possible. You can send your details to us via eBay message. Email exchanging is only enabled by eBay after the purchase is completed. Files other than JPEGs can be emailed to us.

Failure in providing us your personalisation details within our lead time will result in your order being cancelled as our eBay store reputation is important to us and delays on dispatchments and items not received by customers do affect our rankings.
