Postage
Postage will be economy delivery; 2nd class Royal Mail or Royal Mail 48 for items over £20.
Express delivery options are available for additional cost including; 1st Class, Royal Mail 24 and Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm.
Postage delivery times do not include packaging and dispatch time although we always endeavour to post items by the end of the next working day.
Packaging
Items will always be packaged securely and with multiple layers of protection.
Graded cards slabs are preserved with a specialist card sleeve, bubble mailer and also boxed.
Single cards will be placed into soft sleeves, if the card value is over £5 an additional toploader, sealed in a team bag further protected in a hard-board backed 'do not bend' envelope.
Larger items will be wrapped and boxed securely with bubble wrap and/or airpockets.
Returns & Refunds
All returns and refund requests must be within 14 days of purchase. If a return is agreed, items are to be returned in the same re-saleable condition and all refunds are solely at our discretion upon assessment of the condition of the returned item(s).
