You are looking at a 1989-90 O-Pee-Chee #190 Craig Janney Tembec Test White Backs rookie card (RC) graded a BGS 8.5 NM-MT+ (Near Mint - Mint Plus) featuring the Boston Bruins star.

According to Trading Card Database, one sheet of the 1989-90 O-Pee-Chee cards was printed on "test" card stock produced by paper maker Tembec. The Tembec Test cards are identified by the lighter, near white card stock used compared to the darker, gray colored paper used for regular printing. It is believed that about 100 copies of each card were printed on this light card stock, making these cards extremely rare.
