With a made-to-order custom size dress you will look the best, because it fits you right and it's been made especially for you.

All of our dresses are made-to-order. it means that from the moment of the order confirmation, a production process is starting, from sourcing fabrics and materials, pattern creation, cutting and sewing, fittings and alterations, embellishments, details, finishing touches, quality control packaging and delivery.

Because of the existing difference in the UK size charts, it’s recommended not to select the size directly based on your habits.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days to fulfil your order (before ship).

Returns & Refunds

A. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package under the following circumstances:

• If you need to return the dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 30% of the item cost for Materials,

        restocking and handling fee.

• Shipping costs: shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Item Condition: the Item must be in unworn, unused, in re-saleable condition, tags attached and with the original

        product packaging to be eligible.

• Items damaged: Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession are not eligible for returns.

B. Order Cancelation:

• Cancellations are free within the initial 2 days for any reason.

• If the buyer cancels after production's begun (2 days), we'll deduct 30% - 80% of the item cost

• After shipping the item, cancelations will not be accepted.
