Empire waist is 20" across laying flat but can stretch to 21 1/2" across laying flat

Hip is 28" across laying flat

The TORSO from top of the shoulder down to the elastic empire waist is 16" long

The SKIRT part from waist to bottom hemline is 44 1/2" long

The FULL LENGTH of the dress from the shoulder (right at the neck) to bottom hemline is 61 1/2" long

The SIDES of the dress from armpit to bottom hemline is 51" long

Arm opening is 12" wide
