  1. Apple's 5V / 1A stock chargers and computer USB ports may not have sufficient output to power this charing dock.
  2. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, and grips will interfere with charging.
  3. Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 wall adapter (9V/2A) required for fast charge mode.
  4. The iPhone 6 series, iPhone 7 series, and Samsung A series do not support wireless charging.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty in anyway, you must contact us ASAP and then return it within 30 Days of receipt. The postage and packaging fee will NOT be refunded.

We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.
